We cater for Wedding Breakfasts, Lunches, Buffets, Barbeques, Dinners or Evening Parties, from canapés to seated meals. Every choice can be catered for, from floral arrangements to photographers, from bar service to marquee hire, from elegant to outrageous we strive to provide your catering experience of choice to help make your day a dream come true. Planning your Reception

To make your wedding day a complete success, planning of every last detail is paramount. Thea and her team can manage the full catering of your day including the booking of marquee or venue and organising all of the associated items such as lighting, table furniture, floral displays, waiting staff, wine waiters and the food of course. It is important to book early, especially for weddings during the summer months when we are very busy. Marquees can be difficult to obtain if not booked well in advance. Depending on your choice of meal we may well require a catering tent as well as the main marquee, especially for hot meals. For marquees a site inspection will need to be done in advance to be sure of the siting, access and size of the marquee. Before contacting us please consider the timing of your day and whether you require just one meal or perhaps an afternoon meal and then a buffet later if the reception is to last through the evening as well. Also many weddings have a smaller number of guests at the reception directly after the ceremony and then a larger number at an evening party. We would need an idea of the numbers at both please. There are a myriad of other details to consider but out the outset this will give us an idea of the scale of your reception and the numbers of staff we would need on the day.

Wedding Breakfast

For weddings early in the day, a wedding breakfast may be a suitable option for your guests. For this we can supply various options from finger buffets through fork buffets to a more substantial meal. What you opt for is really dependant on the duration of your reception and whether a meal or barbeque is planned for later in the day as well.

Wedding Luncheon

For a more formal meal, a seated hot luncheon can be catered for with an extensive range of menus available, either from our suggestions or your own choice of menu. Again, here we would like an idea of whether you require a three, four or five course meal and again whether we will be required to supply wines and wine waiters.

Wedding Buffets

Wedding buffets are a slightly less formal option and allow guests to move freely amongst themselves and catch up with relatives and friends they may not have seen for a while. There are a huge range of options available for buffets which we will be happy to supply on request.

Wedding Barbeque

Barbeques are becoming increasingly popular at weddings. They are fun and less formal than a seated meal. However, it is important not to assume that the weather will be perfect for a barbeque so a back up plan with a covered area for both the barbeque and guests is important. This really means having a marquee available if indoor space is not available for the number of guests. A hog roast is also something we can cater for.

Wedding Dinner

For a more formal meal, a seated dinner can be catered for with an extensive range of menus available, either from our suggestions or your own choice of menu. Again, here we would like an idea of whether you require a three, four or five course meal and again whether we will be required to supply wines and wine waiters.

Wedding Parties

Often many wedding receptions will progress from an afternoon reception to an evening party with a band or disco for the guests with the most stamina. Where the wedding ceremony was late in the day the reception may begin with a party. For this we recommend a buffet. An extensive range of menus are available or we are happy to provide a menu of your own choice. Once again, we will need to know if you require a bar service and / or you require us to organise entertainment in the form of a DJ or band or something else.
