You and your staff were so friendly and approachable, we were given the clear impression that nothing was too much trouble - and it was all delivered with a smile despite the pouring rain, storms and gales that threatened to whip the marquee and everybody in it, way over the Irish Sea ! Tablecloths, waitresses and feet may have been dampened but spirits certainly weren\'t - ironically the weather seemed to bring out the old British Bulldog attitude in everyone and despite my worst fears, it seemed to actually appeal to their sense of humour!
