Dinner Parties
If your time is at a premium or you would like more time to spend with your dinner party guests,
then Thea and her team are the catering team of choice. This is where we truly excel. Dinner Parties are our forte.
As caterers for small or larger dinner parties we can assist or fully organise your dinner party for you,
leaving you free to enjoy your evening. We either prepare food in your own kitchen ( where suitable ) or deliver prepared
dishes ready for serving. A family event, friends or business colleagues, no matter what the occasion,
we aim to make the evening run smoothly and efficiently. We can supply waiting staff, be less visible or
even invisible, whichever you choose. But whatever the occasion you can be assured of cuisine
prepared to the highest standards to suit your taste and the occasion at hand.
Canapés & Buffet Party Catering
We can provide a wide selection of choices for your Canapés or Buffet party catering. Thea has many years experience
creating food of exceptional quality for parties and events throughout the Sussex, Kent and Surrey area.
We also cover London on occasion.
Whether the catering is for a family gathering, group function, birthday party, anniversary celebration,

Wedding Catering
Today's wedding celebrations are becoming increasingly personal
in style and taste. After all, its your own very special day and to organise the party just the way you want it,
is how it should be. Thea and her team can cater from traditional to quirky, from Buffets to Fish and Chips.

Alfresco Parties, Barbeque and Hog Roast
For those balmy summer months why not host your party outdoors.
Garden Parties are fun and often allow more space for your guests. In addition to cold buffets and canapés we also offer
Barbeque
and
Hog Roast catering.
A Marquee can be arranged for when the sun goes down or perhaps for a band and dance floor.
A bar service may also be provided as can tables, chairs, cutlery etc.
Cocktail Party Catering
Cocktail parties provide the ideal environment for introducing both yourself and your network of business coleagues or friends
to each other. We can provide a waitered or bar service. Canapés or a light buffet are recommended to accompany
the cocktails. Entertainment may be organised if required.
Private Catering At Home
Theas 'At Home' service is designed to provide you with a Gourmet Meal on the day of
delivery. We prepare meals in our kitchens which are delivered for same day consumption or which can be frozen
for a later date. These are ideal for someone with a busy lifestyle who doesn't have
the time it takes to prepare a gourmet dish from fresh ingredients but needs to be able to present a fine meal or
where you prefer not to have our chefs present during your dinner party.
We provide full instructions for final preparation of the dishes.
Corporate Events Catering
From business breakfasts to office party's, an open air event or a Directors dinner party,
Thea Leworthy and her team provide the highest quality catering including, waiter service and bar (soft drinks are of course an option).
We can also cater for Corporate Banquets and Entertaining where the highest quality quisine is required.
Canapés are very popular for business meetings but we can also supply
hot or cold buffet lunches.
For Team building events during the summer months, our
Hog Roasts and Barbecues are very popular.
